Moe's Brookfield Moe's Brookfield View on Facebook 1 day ago Thanks Moe's for an embarrassing experience at your Hampton location. I was sent a $5 offer on Dec 6th that expires in 7 days. I go in there today to use it and they tell me they don't see it on my account. A reminder email was sent THIS MORNING. I show both emails to the staff including the supervisor Dee and she kept talking to me about an app. I don't have the Moe's app but the email clearly states you can use the phone # to retrieve the offer. The supervisor continued to check out 4-5 customers as If I wasn't even standing there. I guess eventually she got tired of me standing rhere she said "I'll give it to you this time but in the future you need to have the app". Why would I want to patronize with a business that treats their customers like liars? The supervisor even said people have had trouble like this before. Meanwhile I drove 14 miles to be insulted ...
